its a 3-4 star hotel, modern, nice breakfast, next to metro station and 15 minutes from city center and airport...could be better with cleaning though....

Rooms were standard sort of hotel fare but not bad for Europe. Hotel is in a quiet location - about 15 minutes by metro to central Madrid. There are a lot of places to eat in the area but its off the tourist beat so dont expect English menus or English speaking staff.

This hotel is more of a 3 star hotel, rather than 4. While it had a very nice decoration, the room and bathroom were too small, and the TV looked more like a computer screen. There was also no mirror in the room. The breakfast is very overpriced, considering how right next door there is a place offering a better meal for a third of the price.
Have free wifi internet and free water bottles but the daily cleaning was poor. I needed to clean my bathroom.
Not in a touristic area, but it is in a nice place, sourrounded by a lot of restaurants, stores and right next to the metro. It is a clean and safe area, and cheap.
The room separation is not very good, and you can very easily hear what's hapening in the next room. It's a nice quality/price deal, but there are better ones in its category.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Very friendly staff, perfect location (the metro just few minutes away). Rooms very modern with a nice interior - amazing shower, super comfortable bed. The only bad thing we can say is about the noise coming from the maids in the early morning, as we heard doors slaming and girls talking loudly. The area the hotel is located is very good - a lot of places to eat, lods of supermarkets.
