We were there for 5 nights in this hotel. It's in an area with mixed residential and office buildings. We spent most of our time outside and only sleep there. Location wise, it is a few steps from the metro stop so it's convenient to go around. There are 2 supermarkets nearby where we got our drinking water, snacks and fruits. This 4-star hotel that is more like 3.5 by American standards. The carpet is a bit old but still clean. The sound insulation is not very good. We were waken up by neighbors returning from night out. The bathroom floor looks new and is of laminate material (simulated wood) as opposed to ceramic tiles which you see in most hotels. The TV is still old tube type. There is a wide desk with one chair but no table.
Will I book it again? Well, not as a tourist. For the comparable cost, I would rather go to a 3-star hotel but closer to the city center.
