The rooms are very comfortable. i loved the pillows and bedsheets:)
service was very good. though it is far from the city, but for us it was great as it is very close to the business venue. Downtown is just 10 -- 15 minutes away.

I had a high number of business trips in the city in 2011 and I used to stay in that hotel. It is a very nice hotel: the service is almost perfect, the room is usually very great and i love the bathroom and the shower... thank you for the complementary water in the room.. (con: all the TV channels and for instance the french channels don't show up!, please fix that). The breakfast is nice as well but it is every day the same, more varied food is also welcome! The staff is nice as well but would be great if the staff in the restaurant can make efforts in English... As for the location, the area is quiet and there is a nice park nearby. It is about 100m from the metro station and about 25min to get to Town.

Booked this hotel using booking.com at Euro140 per night with breakfast. The staffs were great, speaks good english and always ready to assist in anything. The rooms is big with comfy bed and pillows. Complimentary mineral waters (most of the hotel in Spain that we had stayed charged us) with fast internet were provided to guests as well. Ohh..and good breakfast even for Muslim like us.

Also, good to know that the train station is a nice walking distance from the hotel as well.

The hotel definitely one of the best hotel we have stayed during our 12 days Spain holiday. I will have no problem to return again to this hotel for my future Madrid trip.

I have booked this hotel for weekend stay, with great weekend rate. It is located in Feria/ offices area.Very quiet during weekend, what actually is a benefit for Madrid. It is located 100m from metro station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. Hotel is great, with very frendly staff. Rooms are wel equiped, on luxary side. Bathroom - excellent standard, although shower seems to be too sophisticated with all the jets. Bed is extremaly comfy. Breakfast - all you can wish, including nespresso and fresh juces, fruits,etc. Complementary mineral water in the lobby adds to positive experience.
