I mostly liked the rich breakfast.

The hotel is located in a less touristic area, but it's just 3 minutes walk from Metro line 10.

They recently added wireless internet and my room had poor signal so I could not connect. Staff was very helpful as they tried to move the access point closer and when this didn't prove to help - they changed my room, which solved the problem. However, I did have to spend some 2 hours handling this issue.

Being a member of priority club I was upgraded to 539 - own sitting room seperate from bedroom, 2 TVs, settee chair, writing desk etc etc.

The hotel is nice, clean and well equipped. Metro station is near, about 200/300 meters (Santiago Bernabeu station). If you want to visit Santiago Bernabeu Stadium it´s perfect, it´s in the neighborhood, few meters of the hotel. If you want to watch a Real Madrid´s match the location cannot be better. It´s a little far from downtown, from interesting places like Plaza Del Sol. Plaza Mayor, where are most of the tourists. Regarding the staff, they are ok. Prices in minibar are expensive (a water that costs 1,80 euro in starbucks near the hotel, costs 3,80 euros in minibar), the same happens with the breakfast which, in my case wasn´t included and would cost 20 euro per person. They charge you to use internet 11 euro per day, even wireless connection.
Near the hotel is located the biggest and most luxurious store of El Corte Ingles (biggest department store in Madrid), where you can buy many articles of great brands like Prada, Louis Vuiton, Bvlgari... There are also many restaurants and cafes in the region.

This place is just great. The staff treat everyone like family and the services are just great. Everything works fine, no broken showers or anything. The location is outstanding and worth every penny peak season or not. You have all the modern amenities and the wifi is very fast. I stumbled back and lost my key like a dozen times a day and they didn't care. Stay here!
