It's a very nice location at the area of santiago Bernabu stadium.
it's also near the commercial towers in madrid and around it a nice shopping area with all the shops zara, H&M, Massimo Dutti and more.

the staff is not very helpfull but they are ok.
the rooms are ok and include a minibar.
the A/C is somehow weak.
no wireless coverage.
but at the overall the hotel is average

A hotel that already passed their golden moment. Clean in general, quite friendly staff but their in between vintage and old atsmophere gives you a strange sense of feeling. Quite bad bathroom ventilation system but clean again give you another strange feeling.

If you're looking for somewhere with a luxurious holiday in mind, this is not for you. The room that I was in was big and the decor, I thought, was dated. But that being said, everything was clean. The bathroom lacked ventilation of any sort and that would definitely have been a problem had we spent all our time inside the room.

We were there for a RMFC match and to spend time outdoors in Madrid, so the hotel seemed economical and its location advantageous. The staff spoke some English and helped us with directions and restaurant choices in whatever way they could.

Breakfast costs 8.6 euro and includes different kinds of cereal, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, danishes/croissants, fruits, biscuits/cookies, juice, tea, coffee, and cocoa.

All in all, for the 65 euro that we paid per night, we thought the hotel was OK. Nothing fancy, but OK.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was nice because of location, its right in the city center. If you are in Madrid for long visits, then may be not! The hotel has very suffocated feel to it, atleast my room was big but only one window showing the next hotel wall. Although the waiting lounge and guest areas are nice! Overall average rating from me.
