I made a reservation in which I requested for a quiet room. I called the hotel one day in advance to make sure they got my request and Raquel confirmed they would be make sure. I checked in Tuesday evening, double checked at he reception on the confirmation of the room and went up. What a horrific experience to find out that this room was close to the elevators and that there had somebody smoked in a non smoking room. I went to the reception again and after 20 minutes waiting I was able to get another room. Javier was by the way very professional. The room had a modern design, very pleasurable. Major disadvantage are the quality of the beds, such a nice room with modern tv, bathroom and hen such low quality beds. Easy room for improvement.
Quite long walk from hotel rooms area to breakfast area but Breakfast was good. The thing to improve there is the long waiting for coffee. Nespresso is nice but you can only get one cup at a time and with a peak in coffee demand in the morning and the number of people this is not a good coffee solution.
Overall average to moderate experience. It sure has potential to improve.
