Let me start by mentioning that I haven’t stayed at this hotel but I e-mailed them with a few inquiries, as I’ve done with several other hotels in Spain and Portugal these past couple of months, and am disappointed with Hotel Atlantico’s lack of customer care and professionalism towards a potential guest.
All of the hotels answered in less than 48 hours with professionally written replies, well structured sentences and paragraphs, and signed off with a full name and title.
Hotel Atlantico answered back in point-form, did not address all of my questions, signed off with simply “Información” and have yet to reply back to my 2nd e-mail after 3 business days asking them to address what they had missed in the 1st email.
Atlantico might be a good hotel but this experience has certainly turned me off.
I will not be staying there.
I will write a review of the hotel I have chosen on my return in May.
