“Really nice Hotel!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 July 2011

We really liked this hotel! The room was big, bright and clean. The bathroom was ok and clean too, with many amenities. The view was nice, a big yard with pools. Two metro stations are located near the hotel (Rios Rosas and Alonso Cano).
We didn't enjoy our beds, because they had rollers and they were moving all the time, although we tried to use breaks. Free wi-fi is available only in lobby, it's only for 30 minutes and the speed was slow.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
There are many nice bars in the neighborhood and a Dia market right next to the hotel.
Smoking rooms are available!

“Normal 3* hotel with good price/quality relationship”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2011

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Nuevos Ministerios transport hub and the Corte Ingles. There is a big variety of restaurants of all kind in walking distance.

The front of the hotel gives to a narrow and quiet street. The rooms might look a bit old, but are well maintained, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. The windows are double so even if there could be some noise from the street it wont be perceptible. The bathroom is wide, the bathroom equipment is modest, but in good condition. The bed was big and comfortable.

I would say that this is a normal 3 star hotel with good price/quality relationship. If you need to stay by htis area of Madrid it is definetely a good choice.

“Dr John at NH Hotel Breton”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2009

Located in a primary residential area of north Madrid, the hotel is quiet and clean although the furnishings are somewhat dated. Few restaurants in the area, although a good neighborhood eatery is located right across the street from the main entrance. Near to center city and two metro stations. A good bargain for the business traveler.

“Cosy and quiet!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 February 2009

We only stayed for one night but we found it comfortable and quiet. It is not exactly in the center of Madrid but the area is great, safe and has a lot of place for eating/drinking! Its ideal if you have already been one time in Madrid and want to see some other part or you want to avoid crowds! There are a couple of metro stations very near the hotel and in general it was a great stay! We may reapeat!

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 September 2008

I was attending a meeting in the area and stayed at NH Breton for 5 nights. I arrived around 11am and they were able to give me my room. Attractively furnished and good bathroom; extremely clean. Quiet location, very close to three metro stops. I walked from the closest stop quite late at night and felt safe.

Staff spoke some English and were very polite. The breakfast was expensive for what it was (13 euros)
