Nice rooms, especially in upper floors, great city view. Nice breakfast although very expensive. Restaurant also is quite good.

All services advertised from hotel are charged. Gym, pool, Wi-Fi, etc are all very expensive. They try to make money from everything, this leaves you with a bad taste spoiling the nice features of the hotel.

Impossible to communicate with the reception. One explanation is they don't understand english, another explanation is they don't understand :-) After 40mins of wasted time I had to leave the hotel without an invoice.

Finally the location is not at all convenient, large roads make it difficult to walk and there is not much to see or to do around. I would prefer to book somewhere near the center next time.

The hotel clearly targets business travelers and conference organizers. The rooms are very spacious, large and comfortable bed and bath room and adequate meeting facility. It is not a new hotel, signs of wear and tear. Breakfast really was a treath, abundance of choice and very good coffee.
Wifi is not free in the rooms, in the lobby you can get half an hour free with a voucher. I really don't think this is still acceptable these days, many hotels offer decent wifi as part of their standard offering.

I staid here for 2 nights and was generally pleased with the hotel. My room was spacious although a little "tired" in places. I staid on the 6th floor and didn't have a nice view, overlooking another grey building across the street. The conference facilities were good. There was no free Wi-fi available, but the reception did provide a courtesy voucher to use the internet. The front-office staff were efficient, even though not very friendly. My only real gripe is that there are no facilities to make coffee in the room.

I might stay here again for business, but not for pleasure.

the first thing that greeted me when I stepped out of the taxi was a filthy worn out outdoor carpet and a threatening security guard - Oh oh - where am I here ?

check in was quick and not too welcoming; first impressions of the room was : a lot of suspicious stains in the bed room and the bath room. Oh well it's just for one night - I will survive. went to diner in an Italian restaurant across the street: unfriendly waitress and lousy food. Not good.
Surprise on the next morning: the breakfast buffet in this NH hotel is fantastic ! excellent selection of Spanish cold cuts and other stuff; full service station for getting your eggs prepared any style.
but that's about it; glad I was out of there. Good thing the metro station is about 5 min away by foot.
