I must say this is one of the best accommodation you can find in Madrid. It's literally few steps from Puerta del Sol, that means the heart of the city. We did have the chance to stay in the superior apartment with the terraces on the rooftop, with a superb view on the city skyline. The apartment was made by two big main rooms, a kitchen, a big living room and two bathrooms, all furnished with style and simple elegance. The prices are quite low considering what they offer. There's free wifi naturally.

My friend and myself decided to booked this apartment for it's location. We were surprised how friendly the staffs are, clean apartment and working appliances. The apartment is all near the tourist areas. So many restaurants around, shopping are great too! I will definetely recommend this place. Worth every Euro we spent! Thanks! :)E

I was in a two-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor which required walking up one easy flight of stairs after the elevator. The apartment was clean and the desk staff were very pleasant and spoke English well. They reset the WiFi a number of times when it malfunctioned. The walls were in good condition but the doors needed painting and the decor was very basic. The shower was very narrow and the curtain kept opening because of the sagging curtain rod. The beds had somewhat bumpy spring mattresses. The apartment was very quiet, being set back from the main building façade. It even had some nice views. The best thing was the central location near the Sol Metro hub. Okay for a budget stay.

Great location, really close to the centre. Got upgraded to a nicer apartment but still quite expensive for what it was. Girl at the check-in counter was amazingly helpful and WiFi was free. Didn't appriciate a step ladder and bucket and mop in the tiny bathroom. It was clean and served its purpose but was an old hotel that creaked quite a bit and couldn't get a good night's sleep.
