The Staff at the hotel is very friendly & warm. Always helping. The rooms are self sufficient with all the reqd. amenitites. Had wonderful time. The service too is good. The staff can speak english as well. It is centraly located in Madrid with the Metro station close by & all the bus stands too, nearby.
It is good value for money & would recomend too everyone... definitely would stay here again, if i happen to visit Madrid!!

Had 2 adjoining rooms (2 brs 2 bathrooms 2 kitchenettes + living area) in mid June. Rooms were very clean and front desk very helpful. Personally did not love the location at the lower end of the gran via, but there are ameities nearby in walking distance. Temperature in Madrid was in mid thirties on several days and unfortunately the air-conditioning in this hotel is prehistoric and so we sweltered. on the last night we finally requested a fan. It's also worth noting, if smells bother, that while the rooms say "no smoking" it certainly smells like that's been ignored on many occasions. Overall ok on a budget, but definitely not 4*

Amazing! This hotel is in a prized location and the hotel staff are very friendly. Can speak little English but they will alway be willing to help. The metro is few yards away and very cheap

This hotel is located in the center of Madrid, close the Gran Via and near the Royal Palace. We stayed in a triple room wich had a small kitchennet. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was helpful.
From Barajas airport, we have to take the metro to the Nuevos Ministerios station (line 8). At this station we have to change to metro line 10 toward Puerta del Sur and exit in Plaza de España station. The hotel is about 50-100m from this metro station.
