Comfortable, clean hotel in perfect location. Didn't have the breakfast but did enjoy a few bottles of the house red - an excellent value. Receptionist very helpful in suggesting attractions and how to reach them.

I have to say their hotel staff is very efficient and trustworthy.
I left my passport and $1000 Euro in the safe, which I only knew after I have left the town. They fedexed it with everything in there in less than 12 hours.

Excluding the scare I had with almost losing my passport and $$$, actually the hotel was very convenient, right smack in the center of the town. It was clean. Accessible parking lot.
Overall stay I would rate 5 star - NOTHING to complain about!

Excellent hotel. Sited right in the heart of the old town. Rooms stylish and comfortable, although bathroom compact. Didn't opt for the added breakfast as plenty of bars nearby offer cold & hot options. Comfortable lounge which was quiet while we were there, and house crianza very drinkable and inexpensive (although we only got a free glass the first night, not all as suggested in other reviews). Double bed option are two singles together but with sheets/blankets well tucked in.

Two car park options offered nearby. We followed receptionist advice and paid 13 euro per day, which allowed us to go as & when. All reception staff were friendly and some spoke very good English.

Only negative was the noise in the streets which lasted much of the night on Halloween (until 6.45am!!), but not an issue on other nights, although we were rarely in bed before midnight so the bars were closing then. Recommended for couples (beware of the bed setup if looking for a romantic weekend) or adult groups.

The location was good - right next to Calle San Juan, with it's tapas joints and wine bars. It was clean and - despite the age of the building - modern, staff were friendly, breakfast was fine, rooms were a decent size and beds comfortable. Wifi was free and worked excellently. But the walls were so thin I could hear everything that happened in neighbouring rooms. If someone turned on the TV, I could hear what the were watching and listen to the dialogue. If someone had a conversation, even at totally normal volume, I could follow every word. If someone watched a badly dubbed western until 4.30am - and they did - I couldn't sleep. For that reason alone I wouldn't return.
