Very stylish hotel, magnificent inner courtyard to relax on huge sofas. Rooms were very comfortable and big 9double beds each). Had no problems with the staff, they were very polite, helpful and friendly.
We didn't eat at the hotel because we wanted to see Haro which is an interesting little town, very proud of being centre of the Riojo region. Lots of Tapas bars and some good restaurants (the one on top floor of restaurant on square is a find)

This wonderful old building was situated in the centre of Haro and therfore with reach of all restaurants etc. The staff were very helpful and parking was also available. The rooms were spacious, clean and reasonably priced. We didn't eat here as there were too many good bars etc near by to avail ourselves of wonderful tapas! Free internet access was also available.

Fabulous ancient building with huge contemporary inner courtyard ,rooms dull lacking luxury. Front of desk staff not interested in attending to clients, extremely rude and unhelpful, lacking in basic knowledge of english or other language. Waiting staff appear miserable and not prepared to serve you unless you pester them.Needs a major overhaul on hospitality front from top management to the bottom.

The hotel is very nicely located and a gorgeous building. The enclosed cloister is fun. The staff were a little subdued. Rooms were totally acceptable and clean. The shower had some nice power. There is on street parking - free at times, metered at other times. The internet worked well.
