On arriving not informed that the swimming pool was being repaired - only booked this hotel so I could relax by the pool as I recovering from illness.
Room dirty and dusty - bin not emptied from previous occupants. Cleaned after complaining and offered 1 free meal for 2 people (solo traveller, so no less to the hotel). Room very tired looking. This led to lots of niggling things, which although fixed led to feeling very disappointed for entire stay.
Not enough done to compensate for dirty room and lack of swimming pool - perhaps offered the use of another hotel's pool?

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms very clean and spacious. We had booked a junior Suite. Great having coffee and tea making facilites in the room. Sadly it was let down by not having a fridge or minibar. For me this is an essential item as I have to drink at least 2 litres of water a day....not very nice lukewarm!!!
The buffet breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. FANTASTIC views from the restaurant. The pool was too cold to use (but i didn´t expect anything else in January!) it was sparkling clear and looked inviting just the same. The gym is very well equipted.
All the staff throughout the hotel down to the room maid were happy to help and friendly.
Parking is great and we just left our car unmoved for the time we were there.
Internet access is VERY expensive but there are plenty of bars nearby where you can get WiFi free of charge.

Just got back from another lovely weekend at this hotel, since we came in october it was a nice surprise to see the beautiful new gym and new equipment, and smart new staircase going up to the sun bathing area, as always our room was perfectly clean and relaxing, and the food was gorgeous.

Having stayed in all the hotels in gibraltar I can totally recommend a stay here, the location is brilliant,
