The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and nice. Spring for a room with a balcony - a little more space comes with it and the views are nice for enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace. The shower only had a half wall of glass, making it hard not to get the floor wet and the bathroom had a musty smell. We told the front desk and they had someone treat the drains right away and that made it better. The staff was great and the location next to the historic district was primo!

This hotel has been fully and carefully renovated . The rooms are excellent and if you need a very quiet one ask for one high up in the building and possibly away from the Plaza Galicia which can be a little noisy during some weekends. The hotel has internet access, not just WIFI. The breakfast is excellent and served up in a spacious dining room. All in all a very good hotel staffed by pleasant and helpful people.

Spent one night in Santiago and had the luck of picking this hotel. It is very nice hotel, the rooms are modernly renovated and very comfortable and clean. They have free wifi. It is located across the street from the old town so walking is very recommended. Had a car and parked it right across the hotel in an underground parking. Very conveniently located and good prices. Will definitely go back to the hotel and to Santiago.

We spent 3 nights visiting Santiago de Compostela with our family there. The hotel is great because of its location just around the corner to the old town and nearby shopping possibilities in the new town. The rooms were clean and quite nice.
[General Remark] We get used to that people in Spain do not welcome people the same way as e.g. in Asia, service orientation is more on request than proactive.
