My husand and I concluded our visit to Galicia by staying 2 nights in A Coruna. This hotel did not disappoint! We took a bus to A Coruna from Finisterre. The bus station is a bit of a distance from the hotel so I would recommend getting a public bus to the hotel. My husband and I wanted a bit of a challenge and we decided to walk as we didn't have much luggage and it took us approx 45 mins.
The location of the hotel is around the corner from the beach which was fanastic as it was great to walk along the promenade while taking in the gorgeous views. It is walking distance from the old town approx 15 mins. We don't mid walking on our holidays so we walked to the Museum of the Body which was about 20 mins away and then to the tower. There are public buses you can take to the tower and pretty much anywhere else you want to go. There was a trolley that use to go along the perimeter of the tourist parts of the city but is no longer in use (something to do with the lines needing to be repaired).
For those who are football fans the hotel is also located walking distance from the stadium. (approx 15 mins)
The room was air conditioned and very nicely decorated in modern sleek fashion. It has a nice entrance hallway which makes your room feel very big. There is a very generously sized flat screen television, lovely closet with safe and ultra comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had really nice fluffy towels.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel as it was not included, instead we walked to the cafes located off the plaza behind the hotel.
Overall I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to A Coruna.
