Stayed here for a few days with the other half. The location is great, extremily central although not easy to find without sat nav as the actual square can only be got to on the one way system. We parked the car in the public car park which is under the square with a pedestrian exit that comes up right by the front of the hotel. As previous people have said the car park entrance and exits have some mean bends in them, definitely slow 1st gear and we paid 25 Euros per 24 hours so it quickly adds up.
The room itself was ok. We had a juliette balcony and a view over the square which was nice but the double bed was distinctly on the small size for two tallish northern europeans. The TV was mounted basically over a odd drinks-cabinet style piece of furniture (used it as a dresser but was never sure that was what it was supposed to be). Having read previous reviews we chose to have breakfast elsewhere so we had 2 x 5 mins interactions with the staff whilst checking in and out. There was WIFI access but it was very weak, even in the lobby and the signal often dropped off.
Basically an ok hotel, brilliant location, expensive car parking but this isn't run by the hotel (but maybe they could come to some arrangement?) not exactly ideal but guess you pretty much get what you pay for and there aren't that many hotels in the centre of Tarragona, glad we were only there 2 nights though, my back couldn't have managed more!
