We stayed 3 nights here a year ago and I'm puzzled by the negative reviews of this hotel. For a start, the location is fantastic, right on the marina, all rooms overlook the sea, you are minutes from a beautiful beach, and just beyond the busy part of Sitges. Rooms are like mini-suites, with bedroom and living room separate, and a tiny kitchen if you want to do a spot of self catering. The room was clean and well equipped, bed was extremely comfortable and the sitting room had a balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were polite and helpful.
The only problem in staying here would be if you don't or can't walk far - going into Sitges centre involves climbing some steps, followed by a 10-minute walk along the beach path (very pleasant, with beautiful views across the sea to the church and old town). So it might not be the best choice for disabled or very elderly guests, or people with small children. Also, if you are disturbed by the sight of naked people sunbathing, be aware that the nearest beach is a nudist beach.
We didn't try the hotel restaurant, or those on the marina, as they are overpriced (although in the daytime there is a cheaper cafe at the eastern end) - but central Sitges is heaving with restaurants and bars.
Our only problem staying here is that they close the gate to the marina (leading to hotel entrance) at around midnight, so you have to walk back the long way round to the other entrance (we got lost at one point). This is not the hotel's fault, but something to do with the marina - I hope they sort this out, because midnight is ridiculously early to close the gate. My advice if you are out on the town until the early hours is to take a taxi back.
Generally I'd recommend this hotel.
