Stayed for 3 nights in October 2011. Our room had dirty floors and a dirty bathroom so asked to be moved the second room was worst, but seem they just changed the bed sheets and sprayed air fresher to make it seem fresh and clean but No dusting our sweeping is ever done.For only 3 days you would think just put up with it but this was ment to be 4 star so you expect a lot better. We saw 2 more room of which one was worst than the last 2, had to settle for something.It was the reception showing us the rooms and when we settled for the 3rd room we did ask for the manager and was told there isn't one only the reception manager who came to adviser us the room isn't ditty ' looking at the hair on the floor' and said this is good standards for a '4 star comfort hotel' I can assure you not even comfort' cold breakfas twhich they know of as microwave is at hand if you want plastic eggs. Save your money stay nearer town.This hotel is like motel.

This hotel is rated 4 stars, and while I think that this is slightly over generous compared to 4 stars in North America it is nice hotel nevertheless. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and efficient, and the pool area is lovely. It is right opposite the beach too, and about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Sitges. They have bikes if you prefer that to walking. Taxis from this hotel to the station varied between 6 and 10 euros, so remember to factor that into the cost if you want to take taxis regularly.
The main reason why I have graded it a 4 instead of a 5 for certain categories is that my bed should have been a double, but was in fact two singles made up separately and pushed together, and there was a rather unpleasant odour in my room which seemed to be coming from the bathroom. I suspect the plumbing/drainage is old, and this was especially bad when it had been raining hard as is quite often the case with other establishments in Spain. I would stay again though as the good outweighed the bad.

Room was clean beds were great location was lovely but the pool stunk of tsp and was filthy! Didnt eat at hotel but breakfast didnt look up 2 much! Overall was nice but that was mre down to the location than the hotel!

After staying a few times at the Terramar hotel, we finally took another hotel. (rooms @ Terramar urgently need a refurbishment!)
This year, we've stayed at the Subur Maritim (room 110), also on the Passeig Maritim.

Likes:
- breakfast was very good (fresh orange juice, good coffee, fresh fruit, ...
- spacious room & bathroom
- comfortable beds
- safe in the room
- during summer period, restaurant is outside
- nice pool & garden (not too busy, even during holiday season) / free use of beach towels
- free wireless & unlimited internet in hotel (in complete hotel + outside)

Dislikes
- rooms are not really soundproof
- food in the evening was OK, nothing special. We had halfboard, so a menu (choice) was served in the restaurant (outside)
- staff mainly speaks Spanish, but wasn't a big problem ;-)

To do
- the bbq & garden party on friday evening (summer) is something to do.   

We'll surely be coming back!
