I'm torn as to what to say. The place itself, was nice and in a good location. However..... It is VERY hard to find, and the staff we talked to were not helpful. They don't have a front desk since it is an apartment. Therefore, you must go to the office to pick up the keys. We walked around barcelona for over an hour with our heavy luggage just trying to find the office. We continued to waste our phone minutes by calling the office to get directions, and they kept giving us the round about. We finally found it when a different apartment rental place helped us. I believe their website was bcn.com or something along those lines. As we were trekking all over Barcelona trying to find the place, we began to think we got scammed as even a taxi couldn't find the office. As I said before, location wise the place was good. It also seemed very clean. However, it was very very very stressful trying to find the place, and I did mot find the staff helpful.
