I had to stay there for business, and the few moment I was free, it was only rest and total relax in my room or on the marvelous terrace, or strolling around that marvelous city... if you like to walk a little, you are at the center of everything!!!
I must had that the service was great and people there will really do the maximum to help and solve everything.

Stayed at this hotel with my sister in November 2011. The hotel is nice, clean, decent size room with cupboards either side of bed, so easy to put stuff away and stay organised. Hotel will probably need a bit of a refresh decoration wise soon, as it is starting to look tired if you look closely enough. Our bathroom was modern, but we did experience sewage smells coming up through the plumbing at various times, but this wasn't continuous and not at night so was possible to deal with. We didn't really enjoy the food in the hotel restaurant, but only ate there in the first place as we arrived late. The location of the hotel is great, we knew we didnt want to be on the ramblas as it would be too noisy, and this hotel put us just a 10 minute walk from the ramblas, 5 mins to all other main streets. Plenty of good restaurants surrounding the hotel too. Overall would recommend the hotel, mainly due to its location, but definatley worth staying here if you get a good deal.

I LOVED this hotel. Of all the hotels we visited in Barcelona, Grenada, Valencia and Toledo, this was my favorite. Our room had two separate closets on each side of the bed, which made it easy to keep the room organized and clean. The bedroom and bathrooms are large. The staff is extremely accomodating. The location is also perfect. We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our trip to Spain and we returned for the last few days of our visit, since we loved Barcelona and this hotel so much. We were given rooms facing the street for both visits. We had balconies, so we could stand outside and see the city.

Staff is very friendly. location is good. restaurants within walking distance. clean. rooms are tobe chosen wisely. many are with view on internal yard of the hotel - nothing to see there and airco not working in my room.
