Our 4 night stay was made so memorable by the excellent service of the staff. We are used to Catalan hospitality but the staff in the hotel went beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smile. The room was not huge but perfectly adequate, clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom & facilities were excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant also was beyond expectations. An abundance of choice. All in all we cannot praise this hotel enough.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of November beg. Dec. Managed to get a really good deal both from the hotel and Last Minute. Could not fault this hotel, friendly, helpful and efficient. Free glass of champagne and a free cocktail! Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to everything, one block over from Las Rambla, close to the tour buses. Hotel staff gave us all the information we needed to make our stay in Barcelona a good one, always had time to explain and a great breakfast to set us up for the walk around. As it was November we didn't try the spa on the roof but did go up there for the views, wow!!
Unfortunately I had my bag snatched and the hotel could not have done more for us, contacting the police and translating when they arrived, letting us use the telephone to cancel cards etc. and much more. Thank you for everything you did.
Despite what happened we loved Barcelona and would certainly go back and stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is perfectly located for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. My wife and I walked for hours per day all over Barcelone but from this hotel we were always close to a lot of interesting things to do. I can strongly recommend this hotel for an extended weekend in Barcelona.

Surprised my wife with a birthday trip and looked online for quite a while to find the right hotel. H10 Montcada did not disappoint. Great location - El Gotic and the Born are 2 fantastic areas to wander around, the metro is within 100 meters and Las Ramblas is a 5-10 minute walk. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations for sightseeing, markets, etc. Free Wifi throughout the hotel and the rooms were clean and included a safe although there was no electric kettle. Great views from the roof. Unfortunately, didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or fitness center. Some reviewers have complained about the noise from the street but we were on the first floor near the front and it didn't bother us. Will definitely stay here again.
