I stayed at this hotel for 3 days rooms were clean comfortable bed the bathroom was good size be comfortable with your roommates because you can see people shower from the main room. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro stop is about 10 min walk plenty of restaurants around the area and no more than 15 min from the main action in las ramblas. Staff was helpful and multilingual

Wonderful hotel. I will go back if ever I return to Barcelona. It is situated in a lovely area. The food at breakfast was very good. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We had a problem with the safe as it was not working. To make up for it, the hotel gave us free breakfasts and a room upgrade. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The price was very affordable. Near the hotel you will find many cafes and boutiques. We were extremely pleased.

This is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Well situated in an upmarket shopping area with plenty of restaurants. Walkable to Paseo de Gracia and on to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. Bus service right outside to almost anywhere. Cheap taxis also. The hotel does not have its own parking but there are several public parkings a few minutes walk away. This was THE hotel in Barcelona years ago before tourism increased and the Olympic port area was developed with later hotels ; The Presidente is now a modern bright hotel and it remains one of the best and is frequented still by some famous guests. The Beatles styed here as did the top matadors.

The hotel is well located and offers great value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they collected a beautiful breakfast tray for my sick friend when I only asked if I could take some breakfast for him. WIll definitely consider staying there again when in Barcelona.
