I went on a business trip to the AC Diplomatic in Barcelona. Didn't eat there in the evenings but breakfast was good. The location was central and taxi drivers knew where to find it. There was a free minibar in the rooms and it was possible to use free wifi in the bar. To have wifi in the rooms this had to be paid for. Alotgether the rooms were very clean and modern. The only problem I noticed was that the room key had to be in the wall for the electricity to come on, this meant I couldn't leave anything on charge whilst out of the room!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right in the centre, and easy walk to everything that you would want when in Barcelona. One block from Casa Battlo and a short walk to Las Ramblas - perfect.
The hotel lobby, rooms, etc. were all good. Nothing spectacular, but just right for the budget.
I'd definitely stay here again when I go for pleasure with my wife as opposed to business.

Stayed in this hotel several times during businesstrips. Great location just 10 min walk from Plaza Catalunya and nearby Metro.
A small gym and a rooftop swimmingpool.
Great breakfastbuffe and nice lobbybar with free wifi.
Superior rooms little bigger, but standardroom is as good as them. Some room with balcony.

Excellent location and good. Staff. Although rennovation going on, they didn't make you feel you were in a construction site.
