I’d very good visit in your hotel and I would like to emphasize few major areas:
1. Room was very comfortable and clean.
2. Free Wi-Fi services was excellent.
3. Breakfast was reach with good variety of choices.
4. Front desk was very helpful.
5. The hotel location, near the underground, is very helpful.

OK with facilities,Swimming pool at the top of the hotel a must,you have all city in your view but it must be summer....,breakfast and dinner caters for all.

good location beside clot metro station 2 or three staions apart from the city center (catalonia square),the room was clean but small oveall ,i think it deserve 3 stars not 4 stars . very standered hotel nothing special.

The hotel is like the inside of a drum. At night you hear footsteps from your own floor and the ones beneath or above. All doors shut with a loud bang and those same doors do not shut properly. We spent 5 nights there and the staff was kind enough to let us try 3 different rooms. They were all equally loud, especially with regards to noises from within the hotel. In a city like Barcelona, people arrive in their rooms till early in the morning and others leave early for their planes. Getting some sleep in this hotel is a matter of minutes, not hours. Apart from this, the rooms are worn out, stains on walls and ceilings, cracked tiles and moisture in the bathroom. No minibar and extra charge for the safe.
Still, amazingly enough staff is very kind and helpfull.
