I stayed in this place for 2 weeks on a business trip and the hotel was chosen mostly due to a convenient location. I was happy with the spacious rooms and great breakfast, but there were a few problems that interfered with my business trip:
- Internet connection was slow or non-existent due to challenges from Telefonica, the service provider; it was possible to work from the lobby as many of us did, where the connection was good
- There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, so you had to keep towels on the sink and floor in order not to hear "drip, drip" at night. I was offered to change the room as this was not something that could have been fixed, but I just think that no rooms should have this problem to begin with.
- I had a phone stolen from my room, and the management did address the issue, they compensated for one night stay, which ended up being 1/4 of expenses that I incurred due to the missing phone (someone has ran up my bill). So, lock your valuables - laptop, phone etc. There are no guarantees that it will stay safe otherwise.
Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesn't have leaks in the bathroom. And lock your valuables.

Dear Guest,
I had the opportunity to talk to you when you we re lodged. Again my most sincere apologies for the dissapeared phone. I thought then that what had most probably happened was that it had been thrown to wash by mistake with the bedsheets. Just today, another theft has been recorded. Before your case this had never happened before. We have now taken strict measures reseting the whole of the card locks of each room.
Leaking ceiling: you never mentioned that to me. That is an easy issue to address by our maintenance personnel. I have actually sent them to check the room you were staying but there are no longer signs of what you describe.
Internet problems: I give you the same answer as I unfortunately had to give the guest which wrote on the 11.10. Yes we have had problems and we have decided to change our provider due to them.
