I've stayed in this hotel for one night only, traveling on business. The hotel is well located, near Sans train station (although is not easy to find on the first time, because it is located on a secondary street). The staff is helpful; the hotel is well kept and clean. And wi-fi is free. If you're travelling with a budget, this is definitely a hotel to consider.

We picked the Live and Dream mainly because of the reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel is in a residential area, and would be a little hard to find on your own. But the cab drivers we used during our visit knew right where to go. Once you're there, there is quite a bit to do and see right in the area. We found some pretty good places to eat within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some very good recommendations for shopping, sightseeing and eating. As other reviews have noted, the rooms were quite small, but very clean. If you're planning on staying in Barcelona for more than just a few days and you tend towards claustrophobic, this may not be the best choice for you. The breakfast was just OK-you can find a better deal a few blocks from the hotel.

We were only there for a couple of nights prior to a transatlantic cruise, so the size of the room wasn't a problem. It's a well-run boutique hotel and easy go get to whatever you want to see-I would stay there again without hesitation.

This was my wife and I fifth stay at Live & Dream. We have always enjoyed the peace and quiet, absolute cleanliness of the rooms and the simple functionality. The rooms are not large and there is no hospitality tray. That apart the flat screen TV works well and wifi is free.The hotel is in a totally converted building so everything is ultra modern. The location is a short walk from Placa de Sants metro station and with 500 metres of the main Sants railway station with its direct service to the airport. There is an inexpensive parking garage within 100 metres.The hotel is always fully booked, not surprising in respect of the absolute value for money room rates. Although the hotel does provide breakfast, do try the Kessler Germinay cafe around the corner. Fresh orange juice, pastries and filled rolls, the hot chocolate is wicked!
