The Hotel was good easy access to the tram & metro nice view on the beach but poor service we had to wait till 3.00 pm to get our rooms. strict police control prior getting to breakfast. i have asked the reception to call a room & the duplicated the room access card ...

THE NEED TO BE MORE FRIENDLY

The hotel and its location was great. It was easy to get to from the autovia, it had private parking, and when traveling with dogs there was grass behind the building which was handy. It was close to a metro stop that took you directly to Bari Gothic and the Sagra. Comfortable beds, clean, attractive rooms and lobby, the only negative was the ice machine didn't work on several of the floors.

Hotel was standard, breakfast was SO! poor. Executive rooms have acces to 15th lounge but in bar there was only beer and some coca-cola, sprite (Open bottles of wine - no thx:-)))

Spa OK but very small sauna and hammam so we have to wait till it will be accesible.

Room nothing special - see view = building (offices) view:-)))

Price is ok but I don´t recommend - hotel was not for me friendly.

we had to wait about 6 hours until the staff cleaned our room, the service was really bad, the woman at the reception was unfriendly, at the breakfast they didn't take care about us as hotel guests, there was no service while eating, when i pay 290€ per night i expect friendly,civilly and heedful hotel staff. The location of the hotel was about 5 minutes away from the next metro station, but about 20 minutes by metro to the city center, unfortunately we had to note, that there were a lot of things to repair and to clean in our room, when i wanted to dry my hair after taking a shower the hair dryer was missing, after calling the room service with the advice 'the hair dryer must be in the toilet' i found it covert in our wardrobe.
