Just spend 6 nights at the hotel and overall the stay was fine. The location of the hotel is great...you can walk to all main attractions and you can also walk to some of the best tapas bars and restaurants in barcelona. The staff of the hotel was helpful but the room we stayed could use some improvements. the walls are so thin you could hear when people in the next room had a shower and in the morning you could hear people coming and going. Also light in the room is very little, could use one or two more lamps. There is no desk in the room with a mirror so you get stuck either with the mirror in the closet but with no light or in the bathroon where light is not good either. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there againt but I would first look for another hotel in the same area. Oh and btw the breakfast room turns into a restaurant in the night which can also be aceessed by the street and it is a sort of japanese restaurant...I would not go there. it might look very nice from the outside but its food its not nice. Food is not good ( do not try dumplings or rice food) , portions are small, it is overpriced,,,, we went in and wanted to eat there and also take away some boiled!! rice for one of ouf friend that was sick and the waiter took 2 orders (1 to eat in and 1 to take out) and when we asked for our bill and take away they said they forget to give the order in and the chef would not do the food,,,,which was boiled rice...like how difficult is that for a japanese restaurant!!!!!!
