The hotel is a very beautiful, converted 17th century building. The restaurant is very good. However, the hotel does not offer the services promised on its website. There is no pool, massage services, events planner/tour guide, ATM/cash exchange, or a bilingual staff. The hotel is also a long distance from Valladolid city center and in the middle of a construction site. When asked for recommendations on what to do tourism wise, the receptionist told us to rent a car and drive. We checked out early and went to Madrid instead.
