Fabulous establishment! Words cannot spell out the whole fascination. Paid less than EUR 60/ a night & lodged in this palace. Especially i have to mention the breakfast - I never had such a feast in the morning - the quality & unbelievable variety of meals was just stunning! Only regret we stayed just 1 night. By the way the parking is free in front of the entrance (not monitored though).

We recently stayed here for the third time as part of a road trip to/from Portugal. This hotel is excellent value for money, the rooms are nice and spacious with king size beds and all is nicely furnished. However, the main reason for writing this review is to say that the staff at this hotel are excellent. We had a problem with our car and the kindness of the reception staff in helping us with translating and communication with the local garage was second to none. We will definitely return to this hotel and hope to stay longer next time. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stop after visiting the sights Northwest of Madrid on the way to Portugal.
The rooms were extremely comfortable...the service warm and congenial...and the food excellent...just a little pricey.
The free parking and closeness to the expressway was very convenient.
The desk clerk that spoke english ordered a cab for us and took time to leave the front desk and give directions to the cab driver to assure we got were we were going. She routinely looked after us during our entire stay.
We felt very welcome and were accomodated with professional service.
We booked a very competitive rate through Expedia.

I went with my wife since we needed to relax for a weekend and enjoy our getaway and this hotel has certainly raised up into all our expectations.

The surroundings are beautiful, almost compared to the City of Salamanca, the Spa is nice and the rooms are very spacious, meals are excellent and rest of the resort is uncomparable.

I definetly and strongly recommend future clients to stay at this hotel.
