I spent one night in a one-bedroom apartment which I got upgraded to from a studio. The apartment was clean and adequately decorated and the beds were comfortable. WiFi worked fine. The furniture was a bit old but was in good condition. It faced a quiet residential street. The rooms both had doors from an entrance hallway so noise from the hallway wasn't an issue; it might be for studio apartments. The pots were old and abused in the cutlery limited.
The apartment did not have air conditioning and the thermostat didn't seem to have any effect on the radiator heaters at night time which left the apartment somewhat cold.
