Nice hotel. Big rooms, with big marble bathrooms.
The decoration of the rooms is a bit old fashioned. We got a great price through lastminute.com. Great value for the price paid. It's, at least, a 15minute walk from Plaza Mayor.
The personel in the reception was nice, but one of the employees couldn't indicate even a single good restaurant in the center of town for us to have dinner...

Tryp is a nice hotel an only short walk to all major sights. Parking is also available but costs extra. My only gripe was the breakfast which is suppose to be a hot buffet. Basically you get a wide range of cold meats, breads and deserts and the hot buffet cosnsist of bad scrambled eggs and chorizo. Come on Tryp, have your breakfat the same standard as your hotel.

Good location for visit to Salamanca. Quiet area - 5-10 min easy walk to historic centre. Helpful staff and clean, spacious room.

This is a great hotel! A 10-minute walk from the central plaza, on a side street so very quiet. Very nice room and staff (although front desk was always understaffed, just 1 person there, but very nice). A great option for those driving into town, as it is easy to find, has parking, and doesn’t involve driving through the historical centre side and pedestrian streets to get there!
