We chose the Tryp because it is next door to the Modern Art Museum. We wish we had stayed elsewhere. The hotel is new and clean and the room was comfortable enough, but we found the service and amenities poor. On the day we arrived there was nowhere in the hotel to get food or drink and we had been on a train for hours. We were told to walk down the street to find somewhere to eat. The hotel restaurant remained closed except for a Tour Group. The cafe next door was open at odd times but there was not always food available, just drinks. The breakfast room was available for people on a tour, not for us.
The Room Service hours were too restricted and no use to us.
There was no WiFi in the room and the Hotel Guest computer was impossible to use because it was so slow.
We have stayed elsewhere in Leon and the town is gorgeous, so we will return, but not to this hotel.
