Arrived without booking, no problem as hotel was almost empty. Ninth floor room, great view, no noise despite largescale roadworks going on nearby. Underground parking very convenient. Room was not large but adequate, good bathroom but one single loose rubber plug to serve both bath and hand basin - not really a great problem.
The hotel advertises a restaurant open daily except "Sundays and Holidays" For reasons which were not clear, this was not open although it was a Monday. Instead we were directed to a caféteria in the hotel, a small basic place with plastic-topped tables and a very poor menu - items such as fried squid or soup prepared by a friendly young bargirl whose skills obviously did not stretch to cooking!
The breakfast buffet was acceptable for the price .

I really did not like this hotel at all - the location was lousy too. Some of our group had rooms that they had to change ... toooo tiny for 2 people. It was okay for overnight as we were traveling Lourdes. But the dinner that was included was great with a complimentary bottle of wine and water. That made it worth staying there and the early out the next morning.

The map location for this hotel is incorrect. It shows it to be by the cathedral, but in reality it is on the wrong side of the railway line.
Trains run 24hrs a day and sound their horns each time due to a level criossing just up the road from the hotel.
On the first day I enquired if breakfast was included to be told yes but was then faced with a bill on my departure.
There is no resturant in the evening and the bar was only open for staff it seemed when we returned in the evenings.
the room was lovely but they do vary greatly in size.
