A bit tired, but clean. Very helpful staff (english speaking), reasonable price and great location.

Localted a 15 minute walk from the town centre but all on the flat. Good big rooms & a really excellent resaurant. 14.95 euro's buys a very good dinner & coffee. Not often we sit next to displays of how to make a polished stone axe or make a pot. Numerous displays froma local site with many Neolithic & Paeliolithic remains around the hotel. Underground car park @ 11 euro's night seemed good value.

I arrived to find the hotel under renovation. The wifi was not working in the room but i was offered free use of the computer in the reception area in compensation. The bedroom was cold and humourless - the tiled floor cold and unwelcoming - you could hear all the noise from neighbouring room conversations and televisions easily.

I cannot recognise the hotel from other eviwer's complimentary comments - perhaps their expectations were lower. To claim 4 stars in any reasonable sense of comfort is farcical.

I left without even staying the night - let alone the 2 I booked for - it was so grim.

I took myself off to the Ciudad de Vitoria in Vitoria up the road - my second time there and it is great.

The interior of the hotel has been recently renovated and hence offered comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms and a selection of pillows. The hotel is also located close to shops and restaurants but offers no views to speak of. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found no problems with our stay.
