Arrived at hotel Sunday afternoon, tired and thirsty after long journey. Found the door to hotel locked and a machine to gain access. No staff were available only other guests. No facilities to obtain anything to drink not even a vending machine. Went to room which was very hot and no air con - it was 35 degrees outside. Room extremely basic and TV did not work. The hotel was located on an industrial estate so extremely noisy early morning. Next morning still not staff available - had book breakfast and found a cafe bar through reception. Asked where we as residents should take breakfast and was told it was to be taken in the cafe bar which was full of workmen. The final straw came when a couple came in to the cafe bar with a puppy not on a lead and it proceeded to relieve itself both ways next to our table. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay here at your peril. It is a transport cafe at its best. On a trading estate. No checking in desk - just a machine. A lady from the hotel helped us and she was extremely helpful. The rooms were very poor with mildew on the walls. We caught a bus into the town for less than a euro and had a very good time - shame we had to go back to the hotel. In the morning, the place is full of transport type cafe persons. Breakfast, which was included in the price was a cup of coffee and 1 croissant - thats it. The lady behind the counter needs to move on!! No manners, no time for anyone, everything was an effort - change your job! Would we recommend, absolutely no way, especially because of staff in the bar.

Very clean, quiet, good bathroom, comfortable bed, free parking, easy to find, bar OK. Good rates.
Drove back towards Burgos to eat, great little local resto behind Guardia Civil.
ABC works well for me but I do not like the checking-in machine.

We chose this hotel because of the location, convenient for those travelling from southern Spain to the UK, and because they allow dogs. The hotel is situated on an industrial estate with plenty of parking . The room was a good size and very clean and the rates were reasonable. However, there is no-one to greet you on arrival, just a machine in the foyer which checks your reservation and issues a room key. On the night we stayed, there was no meal available and no explanation. Many trucks are parked outside which created a lot of noise.
