This modern business hotel is outside the 'old city', which suited us just fine as we were able to get a street park right in front of the hotel (lots of spaces) and pay only 3€ for parking. The hotel is modern, comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities you expect of a modern business hotel. Wifi was rubbish and even wifi in lobby was terrible and just ground to a halt as more and more people checked into the hotel. Other than that, all was good. The bed was even a real King Size, rather than two beds shoved together.

Our room had a fantastic view up to the old city and we got some our best photos from the window! It´s about a 10 minute walk to the base of the old city and then a steep 10 minute climb up but don`let that put you off as there are public transport options if you don't want to walk.

This hotel wass fabulous,. polished marble floors in the lobby, complimentary fruited waters, sweeping views of the city, nice rooms (although the ac didn't work too well in one room), free internet, helpful staff, 20 minute walk to the top of toledo. the only complaint was the pool, which is very small and was freezing on a day that was over 100 degrees outside, it was impossible to stay in the pool for longer that 10 minutes because it was so cold.

I drove from Madrid and there were no signs to show me the way to this far hotel from the old city. Nice room and great view from the window. Comfortable room but beakfast was too expensive for what they offer. We went to a restaurant near by. The staff is pleasant but their english is limited. I am fluent in Spanish so had no problem s with comunications.Most of the city of Toledo is on hills so walking is dificult, specially in the old city. Taxi drivers lye about the fare and make longer the trip. Food is too expensive for the poor quality you get. 35 Euros for paella for two ( rice was hard), and even one yesterdays bun is 1 Euro. Spanish people are not warm to tourist.

The hotel is outside the old centre. But you can reach centre easily on foot. You may also get a bus that stops close to the hotel. We preferred to walk and didn't use the bus.

During our stay it was a bit cold outside. The heating was not functional, cooling only. So it was cold in the room.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is so-so, nothing special. Hotel staff tried to sell us the paying private parking for 10 EUR per night at hotel's garage. While the parking right outside the hotel (we could see the car from a room window) cost us 2,4 EUR. You do not need to pay from 20:00 until 8:00 and from 14:00 until 17:00. All other time is paying. The hotel staff spoke English poorly, but understandable. During our stay we saw a lot of noisy groups. These people were extremely loud at breakfast.

The city itself is magnificent. You definitely you go there. The stay at this hotel would not affect you budget as the same quality stay at the city centre. The entrance to the Toledo Cathedral is paid. The price is 8 EUR. It is higher than entrance ticket to PRADO Museum in Madrid! And they do not accept credit cards, cash only.
