The location of the hotel is very good, just a few steps from one of the central squares and the pedestrian area, but still a quiet location. Our room was fairly small but clean and it had the facilities that you need. The staff at the reception were nice and professional. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit. Wireless internet was free in the lobby and it worked well. Overall this 3 star hotel was just as good as some 4 star hotels that we have stayed at in Tenerife.

NH Tenerife has a great location. It is close to all the main spots in the capital - the central bus station, the main shopping street and the port with a promenade.
The staff is just wonderful - very polite and helpful.
The room was quite big and in attractive in a modern style. The bathroom was very light and spacious. The only litle drawback - the window in the bathroom that overlooked the room. The water got on its frame and it was damaged a bit therefore.
The rooms have names - ours was Gomez.
There is a very nice terrace on the top floor as well. In January it wasn't functioning but there was a bar and a hot tub or jacuzzi.

The rooms at this hotel were a little to dark for my liking - modern furnishings and no central light, I asked to change rooms for one with a larger window area (I was aware these existed as had friends in a room down the corridor.). I had booked a double room for single us - so not sure if that was the reason for the slightly inferior initial room! It was clean and in an excellent location. The room price was reasonable, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
On the down side the relaxation area was deserted (the bar area closed) and jacuzzi was non functional. In a great location for exploring.

We stayed here for 4 nts last year and all was great! Very well-located property and very good organized. really recommend it for staying in Santa Cruz for a couple of days.
