I have only managed to find two English reviews about this hotel, so I was a little apprehensive in booking it. When we arrive I wondered what I had let myself in for, because it is surround by shops that are either closed down or estate agents. The room was basic, but for a beach holiday you don't want to be staying in it too long anyway. Most of the rooms have a nice view of either the gardens or the swimming pool. The gardens were lovely and I thought they were better than the Orchid Gardens that you can visit in Puerto De La Cruz. The swimming pool is compact, but once again surrounded by lovely plants, and the larges cacti I have ever seen. The food was good, with hardly any repetition. The grilled sardines I had one night were lovely. The range of drink on the All Inclusive were good, although even by my standards half a litre of wine for one person during dinner seems a little excessive. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and were always entertaining my little boy.
One thing I would say is don't expect much entertainment in the hotel, most nights it was a man on a keyboard; and the main bar area is very 70s in style and decor. Overall if you want a reasonably priced, all-inclusive in the sun this would be a nice place to stay.
