There are two buildings in the Parque Vacacional Eden: building one has 10 floors (Eden Esplanade), building two has 6 floors (Eden Luz). The restaurant is in Eden Luz, Eden Esplanade has a roof-top bar and pool and another small pool in the courtyard. There is a bigger pool in Eden Luz that you can also use if you are staying in Eden Esplanade. We paid 20 Euro a night for a very spacious apartment, with a separate bedroom and a very nice mountain view. The kitchen equipment was very poor so we bought some more cheap cutlery at the local market. The housekeeping service was immaculate, the apartment itself was a bit shabby but totally ok for this price. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the two pool facilities are well maintained. There is a free bus service by the hotel into town. The photos on the hotel's website are genuine.

We stayed in Parque Vacation Eden for one week. The studio is clean and has good space. We liked the location. It was in the hillside in the residential area. We can walk to the town center, or take the bus provided by the hotel (run every hour). We enjoyed the walk to town and took the hotel bus back. However, there are 2 problems :
1. Very noisy on Friday and Sat evenings. We stayed in the 5th floor, the restaurant is in the ground floor. There were big party two nights on a row. People were spilled out from the restaurant to the courtyard below our wing where all the studios located. Very Loud music and very noisy from people talking. We could not talk to each other in our balcany. We could not close the door to the balcany because there is no air-condition. The music and the noise continued from 7 pm to 11:30 pm.
2. kitchen facility is poor. No kettle to boil water to make coffee or tea. Very limited dishes, e.g. 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 glassed........,

Good things about this hotel are its friendly staff, lovely manicured gardens and fairly spacious studios and apartments, all with balcony or terrace. Rooms are clean and have a fridge, oven and hob and room safe (cost about 10 euro pw). Hairdryers available from reception with a deposit. A nice touch was a bottle of wine in the room on arrival. The breakfast buffet is varied but not very good quality.
The place overall though (like much of Puerto de la Cruz) needs updating. A big detraction was the lack of air conditioning, no ceiling fans and no window screens. The rooms got hot but leaving the windows open meant being plagued by mosquitoes. Plug in mozzie zappers are available on request, but it is hardly ideal.
It's a steep, 15 min brisk walk back from the town, though there is a courtesy bus service running about hourly until 8pm. The hotel itself and surroundings offer little nightlife so this is a real consideration.

We were staying on B&B basis at this hotel. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice (something cooked every day, scrambled eggs, cooked eggs, bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, sausages, yoghurts, muesli, fruits, coffee, tea, juices, as much as you want). Something for everyone. Rooms were clean, nice balcony with garden view. Nice swimming pools, one on the top for naturists. Be prepared for a rooster waking you up early morning. The only problem was a distance to the closest beach, quite far away and also some climbing as this hotel is on the top of the hill. Anyway I would recomend this hotel.
