never done a holiday review before but this place deserves one . simply put we had a great little holiday at the casablanca . we read all the other reviews before we went and just like them we found the staff to be extremely helpfull and the place was spotlessly clean . our studio apartment was well equipped and plenty big enough for two . the town is clean and has plenty to see . dont be scared off by the fact that there are 100 plus steps to get down to the main town . you can find a bench for a breather and there are areas like la paz across the road.do visit loro parque its the best zoo park ever and enjoy the bars and restaurants . cheers . hells bells

We had a nice, clean, spacious 2 room apartment facing the courtyard and the swimming pool. It was very quiet and the staff seems to be very efficient and friendly - even though we didn't need their help for very much. Internet in the apartment is not free, but almost (5 euro/week), and worked flawlessly.

This is the first time at Casablanca for myself and my wife and we have had a super holiday.
All the staff were really helpful and friedly to us and help us enjoy our stay and the service in the bar and the support staff all helped towards our enjoyment.
The whole complex is so clean and tidy it is a credit to everyone. We will without a doubt return return again.A lovely holiday.

We have been visiting Casablanca for 18 years and have always enjoyed our stay. From the moment you arrive to the warm welcome of the multi-lingual receptionists to when you leave, everything possible is done to make the experience memorable. The apartments are well equipped (including wi-fi) and are spotlessly clean upon arrival. Throughout the stay the cleaning staff do a superb job in keeping them that way. The staff in the bar are very friendly and the prices for the food and drinks are competitive. The entertainment program is varied, with live shows on three evenings and a choice of competitions of green court bowling, shooting, archery and so on. The pool is kept in lovely condition. It is a short walk into the town of Puerto de la Cruz and an easy journey into Santa Cruz by car or bus.
