We have visited Puerto de la Cruz for over 38 yrs but this is the first time in Casablanca, but for sure it will not be the last time. They are truly superb apartments and a total credit to the whole staff from top to bottom who run and maintain the complex. They are among the friendliest, helpful, and pleasant staff we have met in our travels around the world and will always go the extra mile to make sure your stay is so enjoyable. The standard of cleanliness throughout the complex is first class at all times and the apartment was kept to this very high standard throughout our 26 day stay. Really most impressed.
We were on the 4th floor overlooking the town & sea in a one bedroom apartment with very large balcony with its own barbecue area complete with sun beds, table and chairs. The rest of the apartment was very spacious with a lovely big bedroom. It was all very nicely furnished and equipped to a high standard and once again all spotlessly clean with the added bonus of 100 channels digital TV which included all UK channels plus Sky sport. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans etc. a very good electric oven and hob, full combi microwave with grill, in fact every thing you required. One of the big pluses was the quality and cleanliness of the linen, bedding, and particularly the bathroom towels, they were lovely and soft. The lounge/dining area was again furnished to a high standard making it very comfortable to sit in and use. The bathroom being also very well fitted out and at all times plenty of very hot water, a great plus.
The Casablanca’s reception area leads into a very nice lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and tables, which then follows through into a very well stocked bar. There is both an outside and inside area to the bar with, once again, plenty of seating. The bar also serves a very intensive range of meals which are all very well priced and of good quality. We ate breakfast here most mornings and were very impressed with the choices on offer.
The heated pool was kept to a high standard as was its surroundings with plenty of sun beds, you could always find one no matter what time you went down, and they are set on different elevated areas all around the pool so no matter how many people were there you never felt crowded. The green bowling was another plus and enjoyed very much.
There is a very good laundry room with washers, driers and irons. Games room with everything you could wish for in there, a very well stocked library full of books and magazines, and computer games area. There is Wi-Fi in the complex to use.
Yes; we have truly enjoyed our first stay at Casablanca, will we rebook? You bet your bottom dollar we will our holiday was a roaring success, and our friends who spent two weeks with us were in full agreement, we all had a great time and made more friends while we were there.
