We stayed at this hotel for the first time on the second week of January. We were really happy with everything about this hotel from a fabulous location , great food, spacious room, friendly staff . I would definately stay there again.

Just spent a wonderful two weeks upto and including Christmas. We loved everything about the hotel and all the staff were excellent and would specially like to mention Miriam in the bars, Mary in the restaurant and the two ladies at reception - particularly Lucia. Chistmas day lunch was excellent. We met some lovely people, both staff and guests of different nationalities. We are looking forward to our next visit - hopefully later this year. It was our first ever trip to the Canaries and we loved Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz and, as mentioned, the hotel. It's location couldn't be bettered. Barry & Dianne from San Isidro, Alicante

Have just returned after spending New Year at this hotel. Unfortunately I can only rate it as nearly excellent due to the fact that we had a pool view room. Sun all day on balcony and a view to die for but the noise from the nearby discos was a bit hard to cope with. Food and staff excellent. Next time we visit we would still have a pool view room and hope for double glazing.

This hotel is in a brilliant location. We had asked for a room at the front of the hotel which we were given. We had been aware of the noise from the disco's at the rear but this is being sorted by the hotel who are putting in double glazing.
Reception couldn't have been more helpful. On arrival found that our booking had been sent through as a single occupancy room. At first said we may have to pay more but then went and checked the paperwork and found that although it said single occupancy it had been booked for 2 people. So nothing more to pay.
We were staying all inclusive which I had been a little dubious about as I'm not over keen on buffet's I needn't have worried. Breakfasts were excellent and the bacon & eggs nearly always freshly cooked.
Lunch had good choices and always at least 3 different kinds of soup. Plenty of salads and main courses plus puddings.
Evening meal again had a choice of soups and they were always different to the lunchtime ones. The ones I tried were always very tasty and hot! There was always a choice of freshly cooked meat or fish at the grill which they would always cook to your own taste. Normally about 10 or more deserts to choose from.
As part of the all inclusive package you could get drinks between 10am and 11pm. The wine was always house wine, but very nice. If you wanted better you paid half price!
Bar staff were all very friendly and many had worked their for over 30 years!!! so that tells you a lot.
Room cleaned every day and clean towels even though we didn't ask for them.
Should we ever return to Puerto de La Cruz would more than likely stay here again.
For anyone who needs wheelchair/push chair access to get around the resort the hotel couldn't be better located. Although there appears to be steps along the front access is easy up a nearby alley which is well lit even on a night. Ramp access into the hotel with nice wide doors
