WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Rooms and hotel was ok, but the staff was extremely rude.
The charged my credit card double for my room, and when i tried to contact them by phone and email no one cared to answer. Had to actually travel to the hotel to get anyone to listen, and when I did, the lady in the reception was awful. She told me that there was no way i was right and that i basically was stupid. Service is non-existing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Receptionist was the most obnoxious person I've ever met. Awful awful awful!!! Stay at the AC hoteles in stead. Better hotel and nice staff. Stay away from the hotel cantur!!!!!

All in all, this hotel is OK.
Advantages: Close to beach, decent rooms, clean, and staff tries to accomodate. Nice sunning area on roof and pool. Free Internet in room if you bring your computer. FAST!

Disadvantages: Maid was upset when we asked to change towels for clean ones, breakfast is abundant but low quality items (freid eggs saved teh day), OJ quite horrible, and coffee machine just mixes instant Nesacfe.
They have free coffee on 7th floor.

They did give us an extra hour for check out and allowed us to store our bags. The neighborhood has sex shops and stuff but you still feel safe.

My girlfriend and i was supposed to stay 4 nights, but left after 1.

I found this place noisy, and the rooms uncharming.

The restaurant serve very average food, and the service level is low.

The location itself is nice.

In reception the service is okey.

We stayed in this Hotel from the 15th until the 20th of November. Excellent service, very polite members of staff, clean and lovely breakfast. The location is just a few yards away from teh beach, restaurants and bars, and a short walk away from the main shopping center. Good value for money a good variety of breakfast. I would recomend it to anybody visiting Las Palmas. There is a swimming pool on the terrace with sauna and jacuzzi and a bar which serves snacks as well. I would like to personally thank the members of staff as they have been very friendly and polite always greeting you the minute you will enter the room from the reception people to the cleaners. The rooms have a doorbell with a light that shows if the guest is still in the room so, you don't get disturbed by the cleaning service in the morning.
