My partner, myself and my little boy stayed at this hotel for 7 days starting from boxing day. The food and service could not be beaten. The pool was not shallow enough for my 7 year old to play and was not heated very well. The new years eve gala was a lovely 5 course affair, with a finale of singing from our waiters and all the wine that you could drink. Location was fantastic for shopping and not to far from the beach. Although you do have to go down lots of steps to reach it, but its worth it!

The only real down side to our holiday was the noise from the bars/nightclubs right beneath us. Now I could cope with the normal 2 am finishes if i had to, but.... and this is a massive but it was non-stop head banging until at leat 5am every day. Luckily this did not affect my little boy who can sleep through anything! But for myself, from the third night onwards i dealt with the noise with lots to drink and a good pair of ear plugs!

I would definately not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. However the food was second to non. The accomodation was very basic but clean.

I must give Sioux city a mention if you are going to gran canaria, its a western theme park and we went on the night-time excursion with our travel company. Its a brilliant night for all ages, an absolute must if you go!

the noise from one of the main night clubs in the area is under the hotel so you can imagine the noise until 7am every day. with no air con you need the doors and windows open but cant sleep because of the noise and if you shut them you cant breathe.so if you're not a party animal or have children like myself stay well away
