I booked a couple of nights online as I wanted to start exploring Gran Canaria from Las Palmas. The hotel was fine, but a little bit pricey for what you actually get. The room was pretty good, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast was splendid. I realised that being based in Las Palmas for a few more days would be good, but when I asked at reception, the price was significantly higher than what I'd already paid... 25% higher... so I decided to move on.

This hotel didn't look or feel like a 4 star. Rooms were old and shabby. The curtains were too scant and left in a lot of light early in the mornings.. The bathroom was pokey. We were at the back of the hotel overlooking a school.. We were woken uo at 7.30 every morning by The shouting children There was also a lot of internal noise about the hotel which was disturbing.. BRING EAR PLUGS..
breakfast was excellent and consisted of a huge buffett, . The staff were so lovely to deal with.

Place was a hot many years ago I am sure but now it is on the last legs before heading to a 3 star rating. Hotel rooms are well used, clean and tidy but this place needs to be renovated. If it is that last one available then it is okay, otherwise look for another place.

We stayed here in January. The staff were very helpful. The room was good, but unfortunately looked over the back of the hotel not the sea, but we had paid for a cheaper room. We did have a problem with the safe in the room, but this was sorted by the technician the same evening. Breakfast was very good. We tried the swimming pool on the roof, but it was not heated, so a bit cold in January!
