Relatively simple standard. On the (very positive) side: The cleanest apartment I've seen for a while, centrally located, only 50 m from Playa de la Canteras. We stayed on the top floor, and thus had a larger balcony than most of the other rooms. The breakfast buffet was OK. Friendly staff.

I was at this hotel in december and should say that it is a great value for its money. The location is outstanding - close to beach and night life area, easy to reach any attraction in Las Palmas. My room was on the third floor and I have absolutely no complaints. Very comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and professional. I was traveling to Gran Canaria for a short vacation and a friend of mine recommended this place. Excellent choice!!!

The hotel is in Las Palmas, 30 meters from la Playa Las canteras, one of the biggest on the island.
If you are based in the south of the island you can only stay in the sun, while here you can also live a beatufil town...
The hotel is located next to beach, and it has all you need for a week in the sun...

I will definetly go back there again....
