This hotel is literally a one minute walk from the beach. It is clean with decent sized bedroom and bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a fabulous view of the beach below. The hotel is very clean and the location was fantastic and the bar staff were very friendly. We went for one week 29th Dec 2011 to 5th Jan 2012 and were there for new year. The beach is gorgeous and very clean, there are lots of bars and restaurants along the beach and in the town. The local people were very friendly and prices were very reasonable. The hotel has a roof terrace with a wonderful view and a nice swimming pool. However you will be very lucky to get a sunbed here as residents seem to get up in the early hours to put their towels out! Then they disappear and don't come back for hours, very rude! Much easier just to go down to the beach where you will get two sunbeds and a table for the whole day for 5 Euros, much more to see and do on the beach as well. If you ever go here for New Year definitely book a table for dinner in one of the local restaurants a day or two before hand or you will not get a table if you just walk in off the street. The weather was fantastic between 25-29 degrees everyday. One other thing especially if you are used to staying in an apartment on holiday is that there can be a lot of noise from residents above you and in the corridors at night from guests who do not think to be quiet for those who are trying to sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one week in Concorde at the end of November 2011.Excellent location was the first impression,only 50m to the beach (Las Canteras) and also only a modest walk to the center (where e.g. el corte inglesis lies ).Very nice breakfast room on 6th floor with sea/beach view,also decent breakfast as was also the dinner wich I tested once.
´The downsize are the rooms without balcons (or to be precise there are "french balcons" ) and the at least my room was just facing the street and opposite building without seaview.Very noisy doors (they bang loudly everytime when you close the door if you are not paying attention).> 20 yrs old television with extremely small display.
So,well worth money cause the basics are OK,but do not look for luxury here.The right ranking should be 3 stars.But personally loved the location next to the lovely beach.

We had a standard room that was clean and with a good shower. The beds are as always in Spain a bit too hard. Use the air condition, because its noisy with the windows open. Our complain is that it is a bit noisy from the corridor as well. The breakfast room is wonderful, with a great view of the ocean. Very good breakfast including everything that you wish for, even a glass of champagne for those who fancy that in the morning! On the top of the hotel they have their swimming pool and good sun chairs, with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. A good place to rest and enjoy the warm sun.

We stayed here with my girlfriend for a week. The hotel is in a great location 100 metres to the beach, although the main door and windows are facing the street. Walking to the beach and beach promenade takes 1 minute. The hotel's breakfast room is gorgeous, with a panoramic view over the beach and towards the mountains. The swimming pool and sun deck are above the breakfast room with spectacular views too. There is a buffet in the evening in the same restaurant, you can pick your meat and they will fry it for you there - a nice touch. The pool was rather cold for February though.

The rooms were fine and clean, and we had a "closed" balcony with windows on to the street. The beds were a bit hard for our liking though, and at home I have a hard bed - so these are really extra hard. Otherwise everything was fine, we even got a complimentary wine bottle and fruit basket.
