Arrived on the evening of the 5th January, tried to have a shower after a long journey and there was NO hot water in the Bungalow (the water heater was broken) and was told that it would be fixed the next day, asked to see the Manager and was told that he would not be here until 7th January...NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Very angry as I was made to pay the full amount on arrival (which I foolishly did) and was pressurised into renting a safe. When you are paying over 70euros per night you would expect that basic things like Hot water etc would be checked before guests arrival, but NO, standards here are poor overall...the beds are poor with musty sheets and bad pillows, dust on much of the old furniture, dust and dirt in the corners and tired paintwork. The Wi-fi did not work either.
Luckily I found a better place to stay the following morning and demanded a full refund (which I did get). Avoid it, its much too basic for the price!

“nice quiet area, would recomend to those wanting some peace and quiet”
just go back from here nice bungalows and pools, bungalows are nicely hidden in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of playa del ingles night life. within 10 walking distance of yumbo, cita, metro, and kasbah shopping centers. bus stop is right outside the complex gates, 45 for aqualand and palmitos park (would highly recomend both), 39 for peurto rico and 66 for airport, playa del ingles itself is very quiet lots of places closing down with falling tourism. im not gay but do visit sparklers in the yumbo center for the comedy drag show very funny from 10pm, oh yeah gran canaria could be hosting gay pride in 1010.
